Hayley's Flower Shop currently delivers flowers and balloons from our store located in Broadview to areas within Adelaide Metropolitan. 

For next day delivery, please place your order by 2pm. For same day delivery, please check with us before placing your order. 

Monday - Saturday (9:30am - 5:30pm) 

 Sunday are by prior arrangement, simply email or call us. 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost is calculated from our store located in Broadview after full delivery address is entered.

Saturday & Sunday rates differ and may vary with balloon orders.

HOW TO ENTER DELIVERY DATE/TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

Please Note: 

We will try our best for your preferred time. However, we cannot guarantee exact time of delivery. 

If we are unable to fulfil your order on your chosen date/time, we will contact you on email or phone provided. 

If you have selected a 'weekday delivery' and require a delivery on the weekend, there is an additional cost

(Disregard, if you have made the correct selection).

DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY

 

Please provide appropriate address to avoid good being left outside. If you are not home to collect, balloons will not be left outside. They will be taken back to our premises, and collection or re-delivery can be arranged with additional costs.  

 Hayley's Flower Shop  prepare all orders with love and great care. We supply high quality products and try our very best for exceptional customer service. All products leaves the premise in pristine condition.  

However; 

 -In the rare occasion that balloons are damaged during transportation by our drivers, we will replace the damaged product without hesitation at our earliest opportunity.

- We do not take responsibility for flowers or balloons once it leaves our premises or once it has been safely delivered. 

-We will not be responsible for balloons that have been damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions after delivery. 

- Pick up Balloons Please Note: please be aware balloons are easily punctured and damaged. 

They must not be kept in the car for longer than transport time.

They cannot be left in heated or hot area eg heated room, under direct sunlight, under down lights. Transport in cool vehicle is advised. 

How balloons are handled after they leave our store is out of our control and we are not liable for these damages. To avoid disappointment  and any problems during transportation, we high suggest delivery option.
