HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost is calculated from our store located in Broadview after full delivery address is entered. 

LOCATE US

We deliver 7 days, see price guide below:

Monday - Friday: within 10kms  $15, within 15kms $18 , 15km - 24kms  $25, 24- 30kms $40, 30 - 35kms $50.

Saturday & Sunday from $25 and may vary depending on the distance from our store. 

Please note: large balloon orders may incur additional fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For same day delivery, please place your order by 12pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday orders require more notice due to our work load. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day and we can confirm our availability. 

Every attempt will be made to deliver flowers the next day for orders placed after 12pm. If you require a morning delivery the next day, ensure your order is placed by 2pm the following day. Delivery drivers will endeavour to get things out as efficiently as possible so there will be areas that are delivered before others.

We accommodate for AM (9:30AM - 12PM) or PM (12PM -7PM) requests but if you require a specified time a surcharge may apply and will need to get in touch with our team, 0424157726.

We make a huge exception for funeral flowers & sympathy flowers and can usually have these delivered on the day or at our earliest convenience. 

Should there not be a person to receive the flowers at the delivery address our delivery driver will use his professional judgement as to whether the flowers can be safely left.   We can hold no liability for the flowers once delivered.  Please note alcohol and balloons can not be left unattended and therefore the order will be returned to the store for re-delivery (additional charges will apply) or pick up from our store.

If a delivery can not be made successfully due to an incorrect address or no-one being home during the delivery time a re-delivery fee will apply.  We will contact you before a re-delivery is organised as you may prefer the option of picking the item/s up from the store.

SEASONAL VARIANCES AND AVAILABILITY

All flowers and arrangements are subject to seasonal and market variances.  All stock items are subject to availability.

Where your choice is unavailable, we will select a substitute with an equally attractive flower of equal or greater value than that selected by the customer.

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order the customer must contact the shop by phone 48 hours before the date of delivery or collection.  Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Any orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date or collection date will incur full cost. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We provide only the freshest and highest quality flowers that are hand selected and bought each day. If you are unhappy with the product provided, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your flowers.  We will require a photograph of the flowers and will only replace the flowers if we are able to receive the old ones prior to or at the same time as we deliver the replacement.

DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY - BALLOONS 

Please provide appropriate address and time frame as Balloons will not be left outside; If you are not home to receive, balloons will not be left outside and they will be taken back to our premises, and collection or re-delivery can be arranged with additional costs incurred. 

Please note: if they cannot be organised by the end of our business day, each day on, balloons will start to deteriorate and show imperfections as the natural cause of helium loss. 

Hayley's Flower Shop prepare all orders with love and great care. We supply high quality products and try our very best for exceptional customer service. All products leaves the premise in pristine condition.  

However; 

 -In the rare occasion that balloons are damaged during transportation by our drivers, we will replace the damaged product without hesitation at our earliest opportunity. If we cannot replace the product in time, a refund on the damage item(s) will be organised. 

- We do not take responsibility for flowers or balloons once it leaves our premises or once it has been safely delivered. 

-We will not be responsible for balloons that have been damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions after delivery. 

-Balloon Pick Ups; Please be aware balloons are easily punctured and damaged. 

They must not be kept in the car for longer than transport time. Airconditioned vehicle is advised on warm or hot days.

They cannot be left in heated or hot area eg heated room, under direct sunlight, under down lights. 

How balloons are handled after they leave our store is out of our control and we are not liable for these damages. To avoid disappointment and any problems during transportation, we highly suggest our delivery option.
